We invite you to participate in the public discussion of the draft amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Scientific and Scientific-Technical Activities.”

The draft was developed by the «Doslidnyky» Working Group, established on 19 March 2025 by the National Council of Ukraine for the Development of Science and Technology.
The purpose of the draft act is to ensure greater coherence of the legislative framework governing scientific activities, establish a comprehensive legal basis for the functioning of research institutions within Ukraine’s higher education system, enhance the quality of researcher training, and facilitate Ukraine’s European integration in the field of higher education.
